Protection & Detection Services Ltd. will carry out a full risk assessment of the site in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. We will advise our clients of any areas that have been identified as a health & safety hazard, so that these hazards can be managed appropriately.

All our vehicles are of a high standard & are equipped in accordance with all relevant Health & Safety standards appertaining to the use of working dogs. These include:

                                                                                      Transport Cages
                                                                                      Fire Extinguishers
                                                                                      First Aid Kits

We fully recognise the Health & Safety responsibilities of working with Patrol Dogs, as such, all of our handlers have a full appreciation of relevant Criminal & Civil Law & operate in accordance with The Guard Dogs Act 1975, The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 & The Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997.
